It would appear that the delivery of a Content Management Solution is not what The Generation Project wants therefore my services are not required.
This is a real shame – Protopage has such great functionality in the hands of an end user.
I was so looking forward to opening up their world.
Onwards and upwards I still have many irons in the fire.
Shortly you will be given a letter about new web services and how you can contribute to having an active www presence.
You will be asked to blog, a procedure will be put in place where your comments can be viewed before they are approved. Then I will publish them on my blog. After a period of evaluation we will decide where the blog should live and who should maintain it – we may be looking for volunteers to do this.
I like WordPress because you can put your blog in categories – it is something to think about.
I have now started work on a Protopage CMS site for The Generation Project. When complete we will look at existing web services and see how they can be trimmed.
I have added a category called The Generation Project as I suspect that I will be doing some blogging about progress of the build.
